Once you've tagged each possible answer (A, B, C, and D) select your favorite and click Submit. Remember, your character carries her initial personality meters around with her at all times, so keep this in mind as you're choosing the answer that's best for you. If you said you're loyal 80% of the time when you set your meters you'll need to maintain this personality during game play. What that means is, if you select an answer that players game wide say is loyal you'll be voting within yourself and will score points as a result! If, however, players tag your selection as backstabbing you'll be voting out of character and therefore can't earn points.
